Tawfouq is a service provided by centers licensed and supervised by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization to resolve labor disputes between employers and employees in the private sector

The aim of the center is to reach an amicable solution between the parties, and if a solution cannot be reached, the case is referred to the appropriate legal authorities

Tawfouq services are available in various regions of the UAE with 11 branches dedicated to providing different types of services to employers or employees in the private sector. The center also provides translation services for three languages to receive complaints, and the service is known for its quick response time, with a waiting period ranging from 3 to 10 minutes depending on the details of the complaint
