Tawjeeh

Tawjeeh is a licensed service center by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. It operates under the supervision of the ministry's regulations and standards, and within a unified visual identity and standardized designs in all Emirates of the country

These centers provide labor guidance services to employers and employees, ensuring awareness of rights and obligations for both parties before starting a work relationship. This aims to ensure the stability of the labor market through guidance and awareness of the provisions of labor relations regulation and the implementation of ministerial decisions

The main objectives of Tawjeeh offices are as follows

Guiding and educating employers and employees on the UAE labor law

Providing services for work permits and employment contracts

Issuing and renewing work contracts and permits

Providing introductory courses and distributing publications to employers and employees to raise awareness of the UAE labor law
